Protection from Rain

I came up with this a few days ago because it's been raining a lot lately and I'm tired of getting sick from getting wet.

You can do this at any old time, but I find mid-month is a good time.

You will not need any tools.

When it starts to rain, find a sheltered or semi-sheltered spot and say the following:
"Water is my guardian,
Water is my friend.
Protect me from thy powers,
Watch over me in showers,
So mote it be."

I know it's sort of corny but it was an improvisation and it seems to work.
