Just before sunrise, go outside with some heather incense and a feather. Face East, light incense, and hold feather in hand while concentrating on the new day ahead as a new beginning. Say:

Flight of Feather
Sent of Heather
Give me Cleansing
With this Beginning!

Blow feather from hand and let the wind carry it away. Watch the sun rise and feel it's rays cleansing you for the new day ahead. It is done.
