Do not post off topic: Good rule to folow. Posting off topic results in being ignored or annoying
Don't post if there is no ON Topic: If what you want to post isn't on topic anywhere here don't post at all.
Don't post in "OTHER": The "other" topic usually exists as a catch all and not the focus of intrests here. You'll probably be ignored.
Don't reply to yourself: It just looks dorky.
Give refrence links when you can: It helps people understand what your talking about and gives people a better grasp of the topic.
Exception to above rule: Don't give links on a message board where the message may be judged/moved/erased by a first gance.:
An overworked moderator will not folow links and will misjudge the nature of the post based on what they assume about the links.
So by posting a short and simple explenation instead they moderator will more likely recognise the true nature of the post.
Work with players: I'm not always clear so people misunderstand me when I GM. I need to be understanding of that and work with them.
Exception to above rule: When player starts demanding things or telling me how to GM.. drop him instantly.
It dosen't matter how clear or unclear I am the moment a player starts telling me how to GM he is compleatly out of place.
The flip of above exception: When a player having the urge to tell the GM how to GM.. DO NOT. Know your place.
As the player your not responsable for how things run. If you don't like it your free to leave.
Curve the anger: If you think you'll react badly don't even read it. Or read it from the PDA (so you can't respond).

When ever I have a problem I deal with it by extending my personal protocal.
I have desided to post my personal rules you may find them dracoinain and difficult to folow but they are not the ruies for posting on Meow Pawjects just my personal rules I folow to keep things clear.
